NJ EDA chose Nicholson Corporation to construct a parking lot for their Merial Tech Center in New Brunswick, NJ. We cleared and graded undeveloped land to construct a vehicle parking area. The elevation of the parking area had to be raised approximately 2’6” to accommodate for the new buildings footprint. This required us to import approximately 3,000 cubic yards of material. Along with the parking lot addition we constructed new concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, an underground storm water management system, landscaping and lawn restoration.
